When kids open Mon's lunch box Mon recognizes it's time to eat. He will say what he wants. Kids have to find that food. 'Monchops' are contained in his lunchbox along with various food items. Kids have to pick up the food with 'Monchops' in order to feed him. If kids drop the food Mon will cry and won't eat it. After he swallows, kids can take the food out of his tummy by opening his bib. When Mon is fed the correct food, he smiles, laughs, sings and wiggles with excitement. When he is fed the wrong food, he throws up the contents of his stomach. In addition to Mon's lunchbox, kids get their own lunchbox with their own set of Monchops.
